The Boxing Fitness Gym has put together an incredible concept, and executed it really well. Boxing is such a great way to work out and release stress - the workouts are tough as hell, but also fun, and constantly varied, so I never get bored. Kez and the team are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and inspiring, so they're really good at pushing all the students just a bit further than we think we can go (but not too far). I usually drag myself to the gym reluctantly, but when I can fit in a boxing class with Kez, it's the only time I actually look forward to working out.
